Well I must admit I was a little sceptical to start with, as I am old school and wanted to be certain I was not getting scammed, Jack was really easy to communicate with, did everything he promised and I got my new Ghost phone really fast. Coming from an Iphone, there is a bit of a learning curve, however all my apps work perfectly and I couldn't be happier being invisible.
I can count myself among the lucky converts thanks to GhostPixel. I was a bit hesitant to make the transition given a series of specific employer required apps, but it's been a smooth start. All my apps were pre loaded and tested, and I'm fully convinced this was the right move.
As part of my research into this capability, I am not very competent with tech so I sent a couple of emails asking all types of questions and the depth and quality of the responses from Jack we're exceptional! As a direct result of these replies I decided to proceed with the purchase of the 9a and the executive suite!
I sent a list of apps I wanted installed and it was all facilitated prior to even being sent. From the time of ordering to receiving was four days, incredible service. Additionally, I had follow up questions once I'd received the phone and once again the responses were great and immediate. I'm yet to use it, I'll switch over today, 24 Aug 26, however, the service has been incredible and the phone certainly looks the goods. It's early days but so far this exactly what I wanted: a nice quality smart phone with good software support and no tech giant watching and monetizing me. Setup has been pretty breezy, and everything generally looks, sounds and feels good.
I've been using this phone for about 4 weeks now, very happy with it. Very happy also with the service (both pre purchase and post purchase) from Jack, highly recommend!
I moved from Samsung, so took a bit of adjustment to get used to the Pixel navigation etc, but that's the price of moving to a secure phone.
I really like the level of control you have over what sensors/info an app can access.
If you've been wanting to protect your privacy, the effort is worth it.

I mainly needed something like a GhostPixel Graphene not just for the security (which is great, I hate being spied on with "telemetry") but really because I'm sick of the bloatware and constant "updates" that do nothing to improve my use of the phones, just annoy me with unwanted bloat.
I recently replaced a previous phone that had lasted 8 years before I clumsily dropped it, and parts were non existent or really expensive.
I bought a Samsung, terrible mistake, not only filled with bloat (3 different "shops" Google, Samsung and Microsoft) all sucking data, constant push updates of apps I try to turn off but cannot as every time a "security" patch happens they get re-installed
I just want a mobile to make calls and texts, play music, the occasional photo and help with navigation... that's it.
Graphene/GhostPixel is exactly that, all the rest of the garbage is gone, and it's MY choice to install it.

It is a great step towards privacy. I am surprised also at how long teh battery lasts when a phone is not running loads of 'background services'. I thoroughly recommend GhostPixel to anyone interested in decreasing their tracking footprint. The price was little different to any other new phone. Great slim form-factor. Only wish on 9a is I'd like to be able to use a memory expansion card but that is by no means a deal breaker and is beyond GhostPixels' control. Sure you start using a better class of apps that may look a bit different but they do all the same things as anything else and for the Google apps (ugh!) you just have to have, they can be run with Google Services (bigger UGH!) in a sand-boxed process. Stay safe, stay private. GoGo GhostPixel.
I'm loving ghost pixel. It operates smoothly. Obviously, when trying to punt Go#'$le from your life, it's going to be awkward and less convenient, at times, but that's how they get you in the first place. I'm resisting the temptation to load the old apps on. So, getting used to it, but it seems to work as promised and the customer service from the company is fast and helpful and personal. I recommend.
After my phone was hacked ultimately leading to all kinds of drama's with other related accounts (bank, email, telstra etc) I decided to look at getting a more secure phone (along with changing my terrible password habbits). Jack was awesome to deal with and recommend the phone and package that would suit me. Delivery time was excellent and the setup has been very straight forwards, if I do have any drama's I know I only need to contact Jack and the guys and they will help me out. I cannot recommend the switch enough it's early days but I am very confident that this was the right switch for me and my unfortunate situation..........cheers Ian.

The pixel phone is great and so easy to adapt to.

We were at the point where we needed to update our two old apple phones and like lots of people we were concerned about privacy issues but had very little knowledge about the GrapheneOs system.
