Delivery times:

14-Day “Change of Mind” Returns – No Restocking Fee

You can return your phone within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if:

• The phone is unused and in brand-new condition

• Original packaging and all accessories are included 

• Bootloader is still relocked (we check)

You pay return shipping (AusPost Express ~A$15–25 with tracking). We refund you the full amount within 24 hours of receiving it back.

No questions asked. We just want you happy.

Faulty or DOA phones → free return label + immediate replacement or refund.
